實驗電爐采用感(gan)應(ying)加(jia)熱是(shi)一(yi)種新興(xing)的技(ji)術手段,與一(yi)般加(jia)熱設備相比(bi),具有加(jia)熱速度快、工(gong)件(jian)變形(xing)小、增強工(gong)件(jian)表(biao)面硬度高等突(tu)出優(you)勢。對于一(yi)些要求(qiu)比(bi)較高的工(gong)件(jian)處理,傳統加(jia)熱方法難以達(da)成目標,而(er)感(gan)應(ying)加(jia)熱在實驗電爐上的應(ying)用則能很好的解決要求(qiu)比(bi)較高的加(jia)熱難題。
實(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)爐(lu)感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)加熱(re)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)原理就(jiu)是利用電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)現象(xiang)進行加熱(re),其加熱(re)過程(cheng)是當(dang)光流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)通過感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)器時,由于電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying),則在(zai)感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)器中的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)里產生交變(bian)磁場(chang),在(zai)交變(bian)磁場(chang)產生感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi),該電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)中形成電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),即渦(wo)流(liu)(liu)。渦(wo)流(liu)(liu)的(de)密度在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)中分(fen)布極不均(jun)勻,越(yue)靠近(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)表層(ceng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)越(yue)大,并且頻(pin)率越(yue)高(gao)表面電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)越(yue)大,所(suo)以感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)加熱(re)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)時,功率集中消耗在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)的(de)表層(ceng),因此熱(re)處理過程(cheng)中工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)表層(ceng)溫度升高(gao)的(de)最快,提高(gao)實(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)爐(lu)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)效率。
